Duties Greet customers promptly and professionally, assisting them in selecting the correct auto parts and accessories based on their vehicle needs. Provide technical advice on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures to help customers make informed decisions. Manage inventory control by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment using POS (Point of Sale) systems. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering duties while maintaining excellent phone etiquette for customer inquiries. Collaborate with the service team to support automotive service and repair operations by ensuring timely availability of parts. Promote dealership services and marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention. Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Experience with automotive diagnostics, automotive repair, and vehicle maintenance to better assist customer needs. Proficiency in retail math, Microsoft Excel, inventory management, POS systems, and inventory control processes. Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for stocking, order fulfillment, and maintaining a tidy work environment. Negotiation skills to effectively upsell products and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Knowledge of dealership experience, automotive service procedures, and marketing strategies is highly desirable. Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while demonstrating professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions.
