Contents Technician #1590 Location: Mesa, AZ Job Type: Full-Time About Prestige Packout Prestige Packout specializes in contents restoration services for residential and commercial properties affected by fire, water, mold, and other property damage events. Our team helps protect, inventory, pack, clean, store, and return customers' belongings during the restoration process. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in their work and understand the importance of handling customers' personal property with care and professionalism. Position Summary The Contents Technician is responsible for packing, documenting, handling, transporting, and assisting with the restoration of customer belongings affected by property losses. This role involves working both in the field and in the warehouse, supporting packout operations, contents cleaning, inventory management, and packback services. Key ResponsibilitiesPackout & Inventory Perform contents packout services at residential and commercial job sites Carefully wrap, pad, box, label, and transport customer belongings Create detailed inventories using company software, written records, and photographs Identify items for cleaning, restoration, storage, or disposal Load and unload contents safely and efficiently Protect customer property during packout operations Work with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards Contents Cleaning & Restoration Assist with hard contents cleaning Prepare contents for ultrasonic cleaning processes Support electronics cleaning and restoration Assist with textile and soft goods processing Follow company cleaning and restoration procedures Warehouse Operations Organize and stage contents within warehouse facilities Maintain accurate inventory and storage records Prepare contents for delivery and packback Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Equipment & Vehicle Care Maintain company vehicles, tools, and packing equipment Keep packing materials and supplies stocked Report damaged equipment or supply shortages Customer Service Maintain a professional appearance and attitude Communicate respectfully with customers and team members Represent Prestige Packout professionally at all times Safety & Compliance Follow all company safety policies and procedures Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required Follow safe lifting and material handling practices Work safely in environments impacted by fire, water, smoke, or mold damage QualificationsPreferred Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in restoration, moving, logistics, warehouse operations, or packout services is a plus Paid training provided for the right candidate Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail Ability to stay organized and manage inventory accurately Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to changing job site conditions Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs Work in residential, commercial, and warehouse environments Comfortable working in damaged properties while using required PPE Work Environment & Schedule Full-time position In-person role Hours may vary based on project needs Overtime opportunities available Occasional weekend work may be required On-call availability may be required during large-loss events and peak workload periods Why Join Prestige Packout?
