Deloitte Canada is seeking a Consultant with SAP Fieldglass capabilities to join our Sourcing & Procurement consulting team. You will support technology-enabled external workforce and services procurement transformation initiatives while developing your ability to independently own functional workstreams. You will work with experienced functional leads to translate business requirements into practical SAP Fieldglass solutions. Your work will span requirements gathering, process and solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support, with regular interaction across client procurement, human resources, finance, technology, and supplier teams. Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are someone who: Has a bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Has a minimum of 4 years of overall consulting and/or relevant industry experience, including hands-on exposure to SAP Fieldglass implementations and support engagements. Has deep experience of service procurement process and practical experience with SAP Fieldglass capabilities, such as Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement and Statements of Work, Worker Profile Management, or related integrations. Is comfortable investigating complex issues, performing root-cause analysis, and working collaboratively with business, technical, and integration teams to resolve them.
