Construction Yard Manager

Job Summary As a Construction Yard Manager, you will be the driving force behind the efficient operation of our construction yard. You will oversee all aspects of yard management, ensuring that materials, equipment, and resources are organized and readily available for our projects. This position includes delivering material to various job sites as well as maintaining the construction yard and equipment. Job site locations are throughout the state of Florida. This is a full time position Mon- Friday. A CDL Class A is required. Pay depends on experience. What you’ll do Lead the day-to-day operations of the construction yard, ensuring optimal organization and efficiency. Loading and delivery/picking up material to jobsites Hauling equipment to jobsites Maintaining material in the yard, ordering material as needed Ensuring timely shipping and receiving of materials.. Maintaining company vehicles and construction equipment. Cleaning, scheduling services, etc Maintain vehicle logs and delivery information Basic qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management or construction yard operations. Must be 21 years of age Able to read, write and speak English Legal Florida DL and CDL, clean driving record Ability to haul trailers and equipment, knowledge of weight/length limits to load safely Able to drive forklifts, skid steers Able to lift 50lbs Your expertise as a Construction Yard Manager will play a vital role in our success, and we can’t wait for you to bring your energy and knowledge to our team!
