JOB SUMMARY Under minimal supervision, the Conflict of Interest (COI) Analyst I supports institutional compliance with conflict of commitment, conflict of interest (COI), and institutional conflict of interest (ICOI) requirements. This position conducts routine reviews of financial interest disclosures and outside activity requests, assists with sponsor reporting, supports committee operations, maintains compliance records, and provides guidance to faculty and staff regarding disclosure and reporting requirements. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required Education Bachelor's Degree Experience 1 year of related experience JOB DUTIES Conducts preliminary reviews of financial interest disclosures and outside activity requests and escalates potential conflicts for further review. Performs routine monitoring activities and prepares sponsor reports in compliance with institutional, state, and federal requirements. Manages COI Office communications and responds to inquiries from faculty, staff, and sponsors. Provides administrative support to COI and ICOI committees. Assists with training initiatives, compliance outreach efforts, and stakeholder collaboration. Maintains compliance databases, records, and documentation. Monitors regulatory developments related to disclosure and conflict-of-interest requirements. Performs other duties as assigned. Salary Information Salary is commensurate with education, skills, and relevant experience.
