Concrete Foreman

Overview ECO Concrete is seeking a qualified person to fill a concrete foreman role. This is a leadership role. Level-Headed Management is a must. No yelling and no screaming. This person must have experience with managing and leading teams. Concrete experience preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate. The right candidate must be willing to confidently speak to both our employees, and clients on our behalf. Duties Supervise and coordinate all aspects of concrete pouring, finishing, and curing activities on the construction site Manage and direct teams of laborers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and safety compliance Review construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to interpret project requirements accurately Monitor construction schedule coordination Conduct quality control inspections to ensure concrete work adheres to project specifications, safety standards, and regulations Oversee safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety on-site Collaborate with project managers on budgeting, procurement of materials such as rebar and formwork, and managing contracts and change orders Review blueprints and technical drawings to interpret schematics accurately for proper installation and finishing techniques Lead construction schedule updates, progress reporting, and coordination meetings to keep projects on track Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Health insurance Work Location: In person
