Concrete Dispatcher Associate

Looking for a motivated problem solver to handle a busy phone with attention to detail. Dispatcher will need to be committed and take all calls and handle all call backs in a swift manner. Primary Responsibilities: Answering the phone, emails, communicating clearly with the customer. Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with coworkers/ customers Properly use dispatch software to accurately maintain customer records and schedule service team accordingly Coordinate and initiate customer dispatch requests and changes with the service team and other departments What we are looking for: Reliable Good Communication skills Team Player Problem Slover Excellent Customer Service English and or Bilingual (English/ Spanish) applicants are strongly preferred. Hours: Position: Part-Time Days and hours to be discussed and agreed upon. The schedule may vary and is not limited to Monday-Friday.
