Job Overview B & D Express Transport, LLC is seeking a dynamic and dependable Company Driver to join our logistics team. In this vital role, No CDL Required. Driver will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of commercial truck driving, route planning, and cargo handling, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely operate a commercial transit van over-the-road (OTR) routes and local deliveries Load and unload freight using manual handling techniques and proper equipment, ensuring cargo is secured according to safety standards Navigate routes efficiently using GPS navigation systems to meet delivery schedules and optimize fuel consumption Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) and highway regulation. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT regulations Perform routine vehicle inspections, basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly to dispatcher Skills Experience driving commercial trucks Proficiency in route driving, freight management, and logistics cargo handling Familiarity with GPS navigation tools for efficient route planning and real-time adjustments Ability to load & unload cargo safely using manual handling techniques; experience with truck loading/unloading equipment preferred Strong driving skills with a clean driving record; experience with over-the-road (OTR) routes highly desirable Excellent communication skills for coordinating deliveries and adhering to safety protocols Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining high safety standards Join us as a Non CDL Company Driver if you’re passionate about safe driving, logistics excellence, and delivering outstanding service.
