Commercial Truck Sales & Inventory Specialist

MIG Trucks Inc. – Atlanta, GA Starting Pay: $18/hour MIG Trucks is a growing, family-owned commercial truck dealership in Atlanta. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and outgoing team member to join our dealership. This position combines customer service, sales, photography, online truck listings, and dealership operations. The right person should be comfortable talking with customers, responding to leads, learning commercial trucks, and helping move inventory from listing to sale. Responsibilities Take high-quality photos and videos of commercial trucks Create and update truck listings on our website and online sales platforms Upload photos, pricing, mileage, specifications, and vehicle information Write clear and accurate truck descriptions Respond to website and online customer inquiries Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person Follow up with potential customers Help customers find the right truck for their needs Learn our inventory and become familiar with commercial truck specifications Assist with the sales process from initial inquiry through purchase Schedule customer appointments and truck viewings Keep all online listings accurate and up to date Assist with social media and dealership marketing Help keep the sales lot organized and trucks properly presented Assist with general dealership operations when needed What We're Looking For Required: Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone Comfortable following up with customers and sales leads Basic computer and smartphone skills Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Self-motivated and able to work independently Willing to learn about commercial trucks Professional appearance and attitude Preferred: Previous automotive, commercial truck, equipment, or sales experience Experience with online vehicle listings Experience taking vehicle photography Social media experience Knowledge of commercial trucks Important This is not a photography-only or data-entry position. You will be expected to interact with customers, answer questions, follow up with leads, learn our inventory, and assist with selling trucks. We are looking for someone who is personable, ambitious, dependable, and wants to grow with a dealership long-term. Compensation Starting at $18/hour Pay may increase over time based on experience, performance, and increased responsibilities. There is no commission structure for this position. Schedule Monday–Friday Occasional Saturdays as needed.
