Frontier Freight Solutions LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Flatbed CDL-A Driver to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of commitment and professionalism in the trucking industry. This position is best suited for a driver who is ready to work, stays consistent, and understands that once a load is booked and confirmed, it is time to get the job done. Responsibilities Safely operate a flatbed tractor-trailer and transport freight. Secure cargo properly using straps, chains, tarps, and other required equipment. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Follow assigned pickup and delivery schedules. Communicate professionally with dispatch, brokers, and customers. Maintain accurate paperwork, including BOLs and delivery receipts. Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies. Be ready and willing to move once a load is booked and confirmed. Maintain a professional attitude and a strong work ethic. Requirements Valid CDL-A license. Previous flatbed driving experience preferred. Knowledge of load securement, tarping, and flatbed equipment. Clean and responsible driving record. Ability to follow schedules and meet pickup and delivery appointments. Reliable communication and a professional attitude. Willingness to stay active and work consistently. Must be dependable and committed to assigned loads.
