Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A Truck Driver to join our team. This role involves operating commercial trucks to transport goods across various routes, primarily focusing on over-the-road (OTR) driving. The driver will be responsible for handling refrigerated trailers and dry vans, ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism to meet the demands of long-haul transportation. Duties Operate commercial trucks with CDL A license to transport freight over long distances across different routes Drive over-the-road (OTR) routes, adhering to all safety and traffic regulations Safely handle and secure cargo in refrigerated trailers and dry vans to prevent damage during transit Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery documentation in accordance with federal regulations Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered during trips Follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all times Experience Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record Proven experience in commercial truck driving, especially over-the-road routes Familiarity with operating refrigerated trailers and dry vans preferred Knowledge of federal transportation regulations and safety standards for long-haul trucking Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently on extended trips Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and professional conduct throughout all aspects of the role What We Offer: Competitive pay.
