We are seeking an experienced CDL-A Regional Flatbed Driver to transport freight throughout the Midwest. This position is ideal for a dependable professional with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and proven experience operating tractor-trailers in both regional and over-the-road (OTR) environments. What You'll Do Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer throughout the Midwest region. Haul metal products and other freight using flatbed trailers. Properly secure loads using chains, straps, tarps, and other load securement equipment. Conduct thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections. Ensure compliance with all FMCSA, DOT, and company safety regulations. Utilize ELDs, GPS, and transportation technology to manage routes and hours of service. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status, pickup and delivery schedules, and any transportation issues. Maintain accurate logs and shipping documentation. Represent the company professionally at customer facilities and delivery locations. QualificationsRequired Valid CDL Class A License . Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience . Previous Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience. Minimum 1 year of flatbed hauling experience . Clean driving record and strong commitment to safety. Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check. Ability to safely secure and tarp loads when required. Preferred Experience hauling steel, metal products, building materials, or oversized freight. Familiarity with Midwest regional routes. Strong customer service and communication skills.
