Commercial Delivery Route Driver (Day Shift ) no later than 7pm

!The Role & Daily Expectations: Safely drive and operate a commercial delivery vehicle (Delivery box Truck) along assigned routes. Load, unload, sort, and deliver packages safely and efficiently to residential and commercial customers. Be physically active: This job requires constant movement, getting in and out of the vehicle 150+ times a day, and handling packages (lifting up to 50–150 lbs with proper dollies and equipment provided). Maintain a professional, customer-friendly attitude on every stop. Job Requirements (Must Haves): Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement). Must hold a valid driver’s license (Commercial driver's license / CDL is not required). Must be able to pass a DOT physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screening (mandatory). Clean driving record (No major moving violations, reckless driving, or excessive speeding tickets). Reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Training Phase ($20/hr): Learn the ropes, ride with experienced team members, and master route safety. 2. Solo Milestone ($22/hr): Once you are cleared to run solo and maintain an independent pace averaging 140–160 stops safely, your hourly rate automatically increases.
