Commercial Cannabis Logistics and Transport

Job Description Licensed commercial cannabis manufacturer and distributor seeking a reliable and motivated Driver & Logistics Operator to join our team. This is a hybrid position combining cannabis transportation and delivery with hands-on work inside our manufacturing and distribution facility. When you are not making pickups or deliveries, you will assist with packaging, labeling, inventory, order fulfillment, compliance, and general facility logistics. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities. Responsibilities Transport cannabis and cannabis products between licensed facilities and authorized destinations. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload cannabis products. Verify products, quantities, manifests, and delivery information. Maintain accurate transportation and delivery documentation. Follow all company security procedures and applicable cannabis transportation requirements. Prepare and stage orders for outgoing deliveries. Receive and organize incoming inventory. Package and label cannabis products. Verify packaging, labels, quantities, and product information for accuracy. Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation. Assist with compliance documentation and recordkeeping. Maintain clean and organized warehouse, packaging, and distribution areas. Assist manufacturing and distribution teams with daily operational needs. Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Perform additional warehouse, logistics, packaging, and operational duties as needed. Qualifications Valid California driver’s license. Good driving record. Reliable transportation to and from work. Dependable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records. Comfortable working independently while driving and as part of a team inside the facility. Ability to safely lift and move boxes and inventory. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Cannabis, delivery, warehouse, manufacturing, packaging, or logistics experience preferred. Cannabis compliance or inventory-management experience is a plus. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate understands that this is not strictly a delivery-driver position. You will be an active member of our operations team and should be comfortable transitioning between driving, warehouse logistics, packaging, labeling, inventory, compliance, and order fulfillment throughout the workday. Compensation $24–$28 per hour, depending on cannabis industry, logistics, warehouse, driving, and compliance experience. Experience in licensed California cannabis distribution or manufacturing is highly desirable.
