Coffee Manufacturing - Warehouse Associate

We are a small coffee roasting facility in need of assistance with roasting and packaging coffee; aswell as maintaining warehouse. Responsibilities Roast, Grind and Package coffee Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Load and Unload trucks Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Clean and maintain warehouse equipment and facility Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Skills Proven working experience as a warehouse worker Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods Good organizational and time management skills Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly Ability to safely go up and down a ladder Experience working with hand tools Forklift Experience is a plus High school degree is a plus Ability to learn and to be flexible on task. We are a small team and may be asked to help with a variety of task.
