About the team: About the team The Human Resources team partners across the organization to support employees, leaders, and the business. In this role, you will provide administrative, project, and coordination support across the HR Partner, Talent Programs, and Employee Relations functions while gaining broad exposure to HR programs, processes, and practices. About the role: Location You must be in the Ottawa or Toronto office at least three days a week. Term Duration This is a full-time 8, or 12-month position, starting January, 2027. Co-op / Intern Eligibility This position is open to co-ops and interns. To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled in full-time education or be a recent/upcoming graduate within 12 months of the placement end date. Compensation range $19.46- $28.55 hourly rate. The final offer within this range will reflect the candidate’s skills, year of education, and experience. Vacancy Status This is an existing job vacancy. What you'll do Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects, programs, meetings, and day-to-day activities. Support Talent Programs, including performance, talent reviews, learning, career development, and leadership initiatives. Assist with research, data analysis, reporting, presentations, employee communications, and program materials. Support Employee Relations activities through documentation, resources, reporting, and trend analysis. Support process improvement activities by identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and improve HR processes and ways of working. Maintain HR resources, process documentation, tools, and program materials. Work collaboratively across HR while independently managing assigned activities and follow-ups. What we're looking for Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and managing multiple priorities. Demonstrates a high degree of personal integrity and understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of employee information. Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
