5000k Photos: Client Scout & Business Logistics Partner (Part-Time, Remote) About Us 5000k Photos is a growing photography business serving families and individuals who want personal portraits, event hosts and organizers who want pop-up photo booths, and businesses that need product photography. We are looking for a partner to reach out to companies and vendors about pop-up photo booth opportunities, help us fill the pipeline, and keep the machine running smoothly. The Role This is one role with two sides. You will scout and win new clients, and you will help run the business logistics that keep those clients booked, scheduled, and happy. You will work directly with the photographer, not in isolation. Ongoing, honest dialogue between the two of us is a necessary part of this job, from deciding which opportunities to chase to shaping the schedule together. The scope of work is open to whatever comes our way, and we will define it together in conversation. What You'll Do Scout for work within our niches, starting with reaching out to companies and vendors about pop-up photo booth opportunities, with portraits and product photography as other areas to explore Reach out to prospects, start conversations, and turn interest into booked clients Handle the logistics of bookings, scheduling, and client follow-up Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and with the photographer Share regular proof of your work so we can both see what is moving the pipeline What We're Looking For A strong communicator, in writing and in conversation A self-starter who can build a plan and follow through without constant direction Organized and dependable with scheduling and details Comfortable with a collaborative, back-and-forth working relationship The Details Type: Independent contractor Location: Remote Time commitment: Four hours per week, with proof of work Meetings: Twice a month (bi-weekly) check-ins with the photographer Pay: Commission on every booked gig: 15% of the first $750 of the gig's price, plus 10% of anything above $750, so your pay always grows with the size of the gig. We build together toward a full lead pipeline and sustainable income Room to Grow This role is intentionally part-time for now. As the pipeline fills and the business grows, we expect full-time opportunities to open up, and the person who helps build this from the early days will be first in line to grow with it.
