Client Account Manager, 3PL Fulfillment

About InSync Fulfillment InSync Fulfillment is a growing FDA-registered and certified organic third-party logistics (3PL) company in Carol Stream serving e-commerce and B2B brands, including European brands entering the U.S. market. We are hiring a Client Account Manager who fixes problems rather than passing them along. You will own about 50 client accounts, with 4 to 5 high-volume brands in daily contact. Clients range from apparel and consumer goods to small furniture, supplements and pet products, shipping D2C and B2B. What you will do: Serve as the main contact for your accounts across orders, inventory, receiving, shipping, returns and billing Investigate issues yourself in the WMS and on the floor, find the root cause and get it fixed Spot delays and risks before clients do and communicate them clearly Review invoices for accuracy and resolve billing questions Keep client-specific instructions current so the warehouse works from the right information Help clients through our move to the Warehance WMS in early 2027 What you need: 2 or more years in client services or account management at a multi-client 3PL or fulfillment center (freight brokerage alone does not qualify) Hands-on WMS experience (Extensiv, Warehance, ShipHero, Logiwa or similar) Strong written communication and working Excel skills Ability to work on-site in Carol Stream, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Nice to have: B2B retail and EDI orders, Amazon FBA prep, lot and expiration control, FDA-registered or organic facility experience, international clients.
