Class A Truck Driver

Job Summary Owner - Operator looking for a flexible driver who don’t mind me riding with them Until they are comfortable. New Drivers and retired drivers are welcomed.. We will mainly run amazons Relay Hazmat and tanker endorsement recommend $700-$800 weekly Lanes will be mostly local NC,SC, and VA. part time is what Im looking for at the moment. I don’t have anything dedicated as of now , Normally ill wait on broker to let me know they have loads or I will find something through the DAT LOAD BOARD. I pull Flatbeds and Tankers as well as dry Vans, willing to train anyone interested!! 1099 Duties Operate truck safely. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and cargo delivered. Drive manual transmission vehicles as required by specific job assignments. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport. Requirements Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with dump trucks, tractor-trailers, or delivery vehicles. Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles proficiently. Experience with loading and unloading freight safely using forklifts or similar equipment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
