Class A OTR Driver
ConfidentialJob Overview As a Class A OTR Driver, you’ll transport freight over the road while protecting cargo quality and following safe driving practices. You’ll operate a tractor-trailer, plan routes with GPS navigation, and coordinate loading, unloading, and delivery. This paid position requires commercial driving and may involve handling freight and working with refrigerated, dry van, flat bed, and stepdeck trailers. Your impact: Careful transport helps customers receive their freight safely and in good condition. Responsibilities Drive over-the-road (OTR) routes and complete scheduled deliveries Pull either a refrigerated trailer, dry van, flatbed, or stepdeck and monitor cargo conditions during transit Use ELD and GPS navigation to plan and make on-time deliveries Secure freight and follow applicable Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Department of Transportation (DOT) Skills Required: 2+ years Verifiable Class A commercial driving experience with ELD in a commercial truck with a manual transmission Required: Knowledge of truck driving safety, load and unload procedures, and applicable FMCSA and DOT regulations Experience with reefer trailer, flatbed, or stepdeck equipment is useful; We're needing drivers for all three so let us know what experience you have and thats what we'll match you with.
