Class A LTL local driver

Duties Operate tractor-trailers,53ft dry van Manage route driving responsibilities within local areas, ensuring timely deliveries Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance Maintain accurate delivery documentation and logs Assist with freight handling using equipment such as forklifts when necessary Follow all DOT regulations and company policies during operations Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate routes and deliveries Requirements Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record Experience in truck driving, including route driving and freight delivery Prior delivery driver experience highly desirable Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial trucking and freight handling Ability to operate additional equipment such as forklifts is advantageous Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and vehicle maintenance Physical ability to handle freight loads and perform duties that require standing.
