Requirements: Diving experience in Regional or Over the Road. Moving Violations: No more than 3 in the last 3 years. No more than 2 in the last 12 months. No speeding in a school or construction zone in the last 6 months while holding a Class A CDL, Outside of 3 months if not holding a CDL. More than three moving violations in the past three years. Felonies/Misdemeanor: All other charges will be reviewed.
