Requirements 23 years of age or older Valid Class A CDL No SAP Ability and willingness to operate in all 48 states Strong commitment to safety and professionalism Reliable and responsible work ethic Pay & Earning Potential ◦ Starting rate: $0.27 per mile ◦ Paid on all miles driven , including empty miles ◦ Approximately 6,500–7,000 miles per week ◦ Typical weekly earnings: $1,800–$1,900+ ◦ Pay is issued after completion of the run ◦ Additional bonuses are available throughout the year and are paid separately from the mileage rate ◦ Inspection bonuses may be available based on the inspection level and driver performance ◦ Year-end bonus - if you count more than 1 year with us. Home Time Options Drivers typically stay on the road for a minimum of 7–8 days , followed by home time for reset. Choose the schedule that works best for you: 1 week out: 2–3 days home 2 weeks out: 3–4 days home 3 weeks out: 4–5 days home 4 weeks out: 1 week home Longer periods on the road may occur during training or if the driver voluntarily chooses to stay out longer. Independent Contractor Position This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Drivers must have an EIN issued by the IRS and a business bank account . If you do not currently have either, we can guide you toward obtaining them properly. This position is not W-2 employment, and personal bank accounts cannot be used for company payments.
