Class A CDL Fuel Tanker Driver Part Time Saturday or Sunday
Western Oil TransWe are a Nebraska family owned and operated company in business for over 50 years searching for a Part Time Saturday or Sunday professional driver who hold a Class A CDL with HAZMAT and X Endorsements. This position will be Omaha based with hauling responsibilities to include a 150-mile radius. The benefits we offer our professional drivers include: · Paid Training · Competitive per load Pay · Consistent work · Safety Performance Bonus Plan · Annual uniform allowance · Electronic dispatch of loads and ELD Responsibilities Conduct Pre-Trip Inspection of tractor and trailer Remaining in attendance while loading trailer at pipeline and unloading at destination Completing pre-delivery and post-delivery routines of sticking tanks and entering information into electronic dispatch device, reconciliation paperwork for customers, along with various duties Write clearly to disseminate information, read and understand information, perform basic math Provide customer service Minimum Requirements: Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements Clean driving record Valid DOT Physical Knowledge of DOT Regulations and willingness to follow them Ability to provide customer service Ability to pass any and all random and/or required drug and/or alcohol test Ability to sit for extended time periods, enter and exit tractor multiple times daily, untube and retube drop hoses, climb up on trailer when necessary Ability to walk, squat, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, stoop, bend, carry, handle, grasp as necessary to perform job functions Ability to hook and unhook trailers Pay: $250.00 - $350.00 per day Benefits: Paid training Safety equipment provided Trucking Driver Type: Company driver Experience: Heavy & Tractor-Trailer Truck Drivers: 1 year (Required) Driving: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: CDL A (Required) Work Location: On the road
