We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for our Galesburg, Michigan operation. Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 50–60 hours per week. Estimated weekly gross earnings: $1,600–$1,920, depending on hours worked. All hours paid at the applicable straight-time hourly rate Weekend work available upon request. Home daily . Weekly direct deposit every Friday, with no held-back payroll week. Quarterly performance bonus of up to $250, based on safety, attendance, and equipment maintenance. Paid Vacation 1–2 years of service: 1 week. 3–6 years of service: 2 weeks. 7 or more years of service: 3 weeks. Vacation paid at the driver's current hourly rate for 9 hours per vacation day. Seven Paid Holidays New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. Each holiday is paid at 8 hours at the driver's current hourly rate. Equipment and Working Conditions Permanently assigned late-model Volvo day cab. Air-ride equipment, air conditioning, Bluetooth, and AM/FM radio. 100% no-touch freight — drivers do not load or unload. Electronic logs and company-provided tablets. Company-provided I-PASS, Indiana toll cards, and PrePass. Company-paid DOT physical examinations and renewals. Company-paid pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing. One-day paid orientation and one to two day paid driver ride-along training. 100% company-driver operation. Driver Qualifications Valid Class A CDL. Minimum two years of Class A driving experience. Minimum age of 25 under current company hiring criteria. Hazmat and tanker endorsements are preferred. CDL must be valid in the driver's state of residence within 30 days of hire. Satisfactory driving and safety history. MVR, DAC, PSP, and CSA records reviewed. Prior felony convictions reviewed individually. Must satisfy applicable DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements.
