Class 1 Linehaul Team Drivers

Have you heard the news? We are expanding our team! M&M Baz Trucking Inc. is currently looking for reliable, safety-focused team drivers to join our growing company. We are looking for experienced team truck drivers to operate our dedicated Dorval-Winnipeg-Dorval runs. Drivers will start and finish their runs in Dorval and will operate as a team on scheduled routes. Our runs include terminal-to-terminal, no-touch freight and pin-to-pin operations , providing consistent work and predictable routes. OUR IDEAL TEAM DRIVER(S) WOULD BE: Experienced and comfortable operating as part of a driving team Safety-focused and professional Reliable and punctual Able to communicate effectively with their driving partner Comfortable sharing and maintaining a company tractor Passionate about the transportation and logistics industry Possess a positive attitude Have the willingness to learn and improve Able to work effectively in a team environment QUALIFICATIONS: Valid Class 1 or AZ driver's licence in good standing Previous experience in the transportation and logistics industry Team driving experience is an asset Geographic knowledge and understanding of Quebec and Ontario Experience working with E-Log programs (Omnitracs experience would be an asset) Understanding of Hours of Service and transportation regulations Advanced time-management and organizational skills Minimum 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience within the past 36 months No criminal record No major violations No speeding violations over 31 km/h Clean driver's abstract At least 2 excellent references English, written and spoken (required) French, written and spoken (an asset) If applying as an established team, both drivers are encouraged to apply together.
