Class 1 Auger Truck Driver (5 Years Min experience required)

We are continuing to grow! RJ Hoffman Trucking is a family run business for over 50 years. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a competent and reliable class 1 truck driver local to the Ponoka area to operate in the central Alberta region, who has the knowledge and know how to operate and pull a bulk auger trailer unit. A basic knowledge of how a truck and trailer work, and the ability to maintain and repair minor deficiencies is a very strong asset. Home everyday, Flexible with passengers, very busy during winter but offers a little more flexibility during the summer, etc. This position requires a class1 truck driver who is able to work on their own, while following specific procedures while loading at mill and delivering on farm. A minimum 5 years drivers experience is required, as well as a clean commercial drivers abstract. This job will be based in Ponoka, Alberta and does cover mostly central Alberta. *Good Attitude, Flexibility with schedule, full time 5 days a week, day time, evening and very seldom weekend.
