Check Call Specialist

Job Summary A Check Call Specialist in transportation and logistics is responsible for confirming the real-time location, status, and progress of active shipments by contacting carriers, drivers, or dispatch centers. This role ensures shipment visibility, supports customer service, and helps identify and resolve exceptions before they escalate.
