Cellar and Warehouse

Job Overview Fogbelt Brewing Co. seeks a Cellar and Warehouse Associate in our production facility in Santa Rosa, CA. This position would be part of a small team supporting many aspects of craft beer production and distribution. Job Summary: Responsible for working in a team environment to produce a consistent, quality packaged beer while maintaining sanitary and safe working conditions by performing the following duties: Keep accurate records for packaging and inventory. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment. Clean and sanitize beer tanks, hoses and equipment. Maintain an organized and neat cold room. Assist with canning line packaging. Deliver beer orders to two local taproom locations. Maintain a sanitary environment, including but not limited to cleaning floors, drains, walls, other equipment. Pick and prepare pallets of packaged beer for shipment. Operate forklift and other material handling equipment. Keg washing using a semi-automatic keg washer. Requirements Physically be able to bend over, twist, kneel, climb stairs, stand all day, lift 55+ pounds, work in a non-temperature-controlled environment, and repeatedly handle hot and cold liquids. Able to move up to 125lb kegs. Able to stand for long periods (up to 8-10 hours per day). Willingness to work occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong technical and mechanical skills (beneficial) Production experience preferred 21 years of age, proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States Clean driving record.
