CDL Truck Driver

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Staff / Truck Driver to join our growing team. This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining organized inventory, and completing scheduled deliveries. Key Responsibilities · Prepare and complete orders for delivery, including picking, palletizing, wrapping, labeling, loading, and shipping · Verify correct product selection from freezer inventory and report discrepancies · Deliver product to IO locations, unload freight, and confirm shipment accuracy · Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks · Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move, wrap, rotate, and store inventory · Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and freezer areas · Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members · Travel to other company locations as needed · Follow all company safety and employment policies · Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse operations Qualifications and Requirements · High school diploma or GED preferred · Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record · Ability to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL (required) · Ability to obtain a DOT medical card (company paid) · Ability to lift 25 pounds repetitively · Comfortable working in cold environments (protective gear provided) · Basic math and reading skills · Strong communication, organization, and time management skills · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Willingness to travel as needed · Reliable with flexible availability Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Cell phone reimbursement Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance License/Certification: CDL (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hammond, LA 70401
