CDL Mixer or Dump Truck Driver

This is mixer or end-dump work with a crew that knows its neighbors, and we are ready to put the right person in the seat. Pay is $26 an hour after 90 days. That is not the starting wage. New CDL drivers start at $22 an hour. After your first month, you can earn an extra $3 an hour in hourly safety and efficiency pay. At 90 days, base pay goes up $1 to $23 an hour. Added to safety and efficiency, that is $26 an hour. Mixer drivers also earn an extra $2 an hour on concrete delivery time, which brings the 90-day total to $28 an hour when mixing. This is a full-time position. We offer health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and a retirement plan. The job is based out of our Polson yard at 36344 Glover Road. A valid CDL is required, and you need to be able to get to Polson. We hire people first.
