CDL Medium Duty Tow Truck Driver

Tri-City Towing Inc. is hiring a CDL driver to operate a medium duty flatbed tow truck. This position includes a mix of towing, roadside transport, and equipment hauling. We are looking for a dependable driver who is comfortable operating a commercial truck and working independently. Every other weekend off One weekday off during the alternate weeks Full-time position Schedule includes towing and transport work based on daily call volume Job Duties Operate a medium duty flatbed tow truck Perform light duty towing and transport calls Perform medium duty towing and transport calls Transport equipment and machinery Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles and equipment safely Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections Maintain accurate paperwork and call documentation Communicate with dispatch, customers, law enforcement, and commercial accounts Follow DOT requirements and company safety procedures Maintain a clean and professional truck Qualifications Valid CDL Acceptable driving record Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle Ability to work independently and make safe decisions in the field Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable attendance Towing, equipment hauling, or commercial driving experience preferred What Makes This Position Different This is not a position where you spend every day doing the same route. One call might involve transporting a passenger vehicle, while the next might involve a medium duty truck or piece of equipment.
