Transport passengers safely and efficiently to designated locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle. Assist passengers as needed with boarding, luggage, and accessibility requirements. Communicate with dispatch and operations teams regarding schedules, delays, and service updates. Complete required trip reports, inspection forms, and documentation. Report vehicle maintenance concerns promptly. Follow assigned routes, schedules, and operational procedures. Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally. Qualifications of a CDL Fleet Driver: Valid CDL required. Passenger endorsement preferred. Clean driving record and strong focus on safety. Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet company driving standards. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, professional, and punctual. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience operating buses, shuttles, motorcoaches, commercial vehicles, or passenger transportation vehicles preferred.
