About the role The CDL-A Regional Driver is responsible for transporting materials between company facilities, disposal sites, and customer locations throughout Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas. Drivers will operate day cab tractor-trailer equipment while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Primary Responsibilities Safely operate CDL-A tractor-trailer equipment on regional routes. Transport materials between facilities, landfills, and customer locations. Haul end dump trailers and other assigned equipment as required by the operation. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment. Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety requirements. Complete required transportation, inspection, and trip documentation accurately. Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and site personnel regarding route status and delivery schedules. Report maintenance concerns, incidents, and safety issues in a timely manner. Required Qualifications Valid Class A CDL. Hazmat endorsement required. Tanker endorsement required. No license restrictions. Acceptable driving record. Ability to safely operate tractor-trailer combinations. Ability to work independently and manage regional routes. Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Preferred Qualifications Previous end dump experience. Waste hauling, landfill, environmental services, or industrial transportation experience. Experience operating regional routes across multiple states. Schedule Regional routes originating from Arkadelphia, AR. Travel throughout Arkansas, Missouri, and Texas. Routes may include Haskell, MO, Texarkana, TX, and Port Arthur, TX. Occasional overnight travel may be required based on operational needs.
