White Trash Disposal & Recycling is looking for dependable CDL drivers to help keep our neighborhoods clean and our routes running safely. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and taking pride in a job well done, we’d love to hear from you! What You’ll Do Safely operate a collection truck along assigned routes. Collect and transport garbage and recycling while following company procedures. Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns. Follow traffic laws, DOT requirements, and company safety policies. Work with team members to complete routes efficiently and safely. Treat customers, their property, and fellow employees with respect. Maintain accurate route information and required paperwork. What We’re Looking For Valid Class A or Class B CDL with the ability to operate vehicles equipped with air brakes. Dependability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
