CDL Class B Delivery Driver/Warehouse Associate

Position Summary: This position is responsible for the safe, secure, and timely delivery of our products and assisting with outbound warehouse functions. The delivery trucks include an F-150, 12' and 16' Isuzu, F550, F650, Kenworth, and Freightliner flatbeds (all trucks UNDER CDL). The load and location of the delivery will determine which vehicle is used. We are looking for a driver who can do various local and non-local routes throughout the week. When not on a delivery route, this position is responsible for assisting the Outbound team with various warehouse tasks, including but not limited to order picking, palletizing, wrapping pallets, and loading trucks. This position is full-time, averaging 40 hours per week. Primary Responsibilities: Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport deliveries to designated locations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items during transit. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any delivery-related inquiries. Adhere to vehicle pre-check, post-check, and maintenance guidelines. Maintain open and honest lines of communication with leadership. Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT, and safety regulations while driving. Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork. Pull parts for customer orders Assist with pulling urgent will call orders Palletize order items Shrink wrap orders and pallets Load delivery trucks Position Requirements: Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Class B CDL is preferred. Need to obtain a DOT medical card, we can assist with this Must maintain confidentiality for sensitive and proprietary information. Must maintain professional competence, ethical integrity, knowledge, and skills Communicates and writes effectively; reads, comprehends, and follows verbal and written instructions. Establishes and maintains effective work relationships with customers and throughout the company Must possess superior customer service skills. Must follow company policies, procedures, practices, and standards of conduct. Physical Demands: Must be able to safely drive for long periods of time Regularly required to sit or stand, reach, bend, and move about the facility Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Work Environment: Delivery trucks Usual office, warehouse, and manufacturing conditions will exist, such as dust, lighting, noise, and temperature fluctuations Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
