CDL Class A Truck Driver – Local Port & Railroad Intermodal

Location: Los Angeles / Long Beach, CA Job Type: Full-Time Position: Local Port Drayage, Railroad Intermodal & Container Transport Job Description We are seeking dependable and experienced CDL Class A drivers for local trucking opportunities throughout the Los Angeles and Long Beach area. Work may include shipping port container transport, railroad intermodal pickups and deliveries, and local freight routes. We are looking for safety-conscious drivers who want consistent local work and are familiar with commercial trucking operations. Responsibilities Transport freight containers to and from the Los Angeles and Long Beach ports. Handle local railroad and intermodal pickups and deliveries. Safely operate commercial trucks and comply with DOT regulations. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Communicate professionally with dispatchers, terminals, and customers. Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and electronic records. Qualifications Valid CDL Class A license. Clean and safe driving history preferred. Previous port drayage, intermodal, railroad, or container experience preferred. TWIC card preferred or willingness to obtain one if required. Ability to follow safety procedures and meet scheduled pickup and delivery times. Reliable, professional, and punctual.
