CDL Class A Owner Operators Drayage / Intermodal

We are actively seeking experienced CDL-A Owner Operators for local and regional intermodal drayage operations out of the busy Port of Savannah. Requirements License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A). Twic Card: Must have a valid TWIC card (current) Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience (Intermodal container drayage experience strongly preferred). Age: Minimum age of 23 (insurance mandated) Equipment: Must own a registered tractor (sleeper or day cab) capable of regularly passing DOT and FHWA inspections. Credentials: Valid TWIC card required (Hazmat endorsements are a plus but not required). Safety: Clean driving record with a strong commitment to port and highway safety regulations. Responsibilities Safely transport ocean containers between the Port of Savannah (Garden City Terminal), local rail ramps, and regional customer warehouses. Efficiently manage container pickups, drop-offs, and drop-and-hook operations. Maintain accurate delivery logs and coordinate closely with our Savannah-based dispatch team for optimized routing. Inspect your tractor and trailing equipment routinely to ensure safe operation. Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per week Benefits: Fuel card Fuel discount Work Location: On the road
