CDL Class A Flatbed Dump Truck Driver

State Utility Contractors, Inc., a leading utility contractor in the Southeast, is seeking full-time CDL Class A Flatbed and Dump Truck Drivers to support our pipeline construction crews. Applicants must be experienced and comfortable driving trucks with a manual transmission. Responsibilities Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections Safely operate flatbed and dump trucks, including manual-transmission vehicles Follow all DOT requirements, traffic laws, and company safety policies Haul construction materials, equipment, pipe, and supplies to and from job sites Assist construction crews when trucks are not actively being used Maintain assigned trucks and report maintenance or safety concerns Work as part of a team and assist wherever needed on the job site Requirements Valid CDL Class A license required Must be able to operate a manual-transmission commercial truck Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience preferred Flatbed and/or dump truck experience preferred Construction or heavy civil experience is a plus Must have a strong commitment to safety and teamwork Must have an acceptable driving record Benefits State Utility Contractors is a 100% employee-owned company offering a competitive benefits package, including: Medical insurance Dental and vision insurance Paid vacation Paid holidays Retirement benefits Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Overtime opportunities Bonus opportunities Please provide professional references with your application.
