Operating in the Douglas, Casper, WY Area Pay Base Hourly Pay + Guaranteed Mileage Bonus (For miles driven) + Daily Per Diem Schedules: 14 Days on 7 Days off For those outside the area 6 Days on 2 off (Reset) for Local drivers What We Provide Company-paid housing while on rotation Paid travel to and from your home of record Full medical benefits Dental insurance Modern, well-maintained equipment Stable year-round work Responsibilities Safely operate a CDL Class A standard semi truck on regional routes to deliver frac sand efficiently and on time Haul freight across the Wyoming basin area Load and unload freight while following terminal-specific requirements Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and DOT compliance Plan and manage routes for timely pickups and deliveries Maintain accurate logs for driving hours, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, route changes, and any issues on the road Follow all company policies and safety procedures at all times Provide professional and reliable service to customers and terminal partners Requirements Valid CDL Class A license Clean driving record Experience operating tractor-trailers in a commercial driving role Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery expectations Preferred Qualifications Experience hauling frac sand or other bulk materials Experience with bottom drop hoppers, chassis, or similar trailer types Delivery experience that includes load and unload procedures Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Familiarity with energy sector transportation operations Why Choose Solid Ground Trucking?
