CDL Class A Driver / Warehouse Associate Plantfood Company Inc. | Avon Park, FL Full-time | Monday through Friday | $24 per hour | Local routes | Home daily ABOUT US Plantfood Company Inc. is a family-owned and operated fertilizer manufacturing company seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver to join our team. This position combines local deliveries with warehouse support, allowing you to return home every day. RESPONSIBILITIES - Complete local deliveries safely and efficiently. - Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. - Maintain accurate delivery paperwork and required driving records. - Follow applicable DOT regulations and company safety procedures. - Provide professional, courteous service to customers. - Assist with warehouse duties when no deliveries are scheduled. QUALIFICATIONS - Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License. - Minimum of two years of CDL Class A driving experience. - Ability to meet applicable DOT driver requirements. - Commitment to safe driving and reliable attendance. - Willingness to perform both delivery and warehouse duties. - Ability to work well with others. - English- or Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome. Bilingual ability is not required. All drivers must meet applicable DOT requirements. PAY AND BENEFITS - $24 per hour. - Monday through Friday schedule. - Local routes with daily return home. - Health insurance after 90 days. - Dental and vision insurance. - 401(k) with company match. - Profit sharing. - Paid vacation. - Paid sick time.
