Job Summary CDL Class A Truck Driver – Company Driver / Lease Purchase Pay: 30% of Gross RevenueEquipment: Dry Van & ReeferExperience Required: Minimum 1 year CDL-A experienceJob Type: Full-Time Job Description We are looking for reliable and experienced CDL Class A Truck Drivers to join our growing trucking operation. Drivers will haul primarily dry van and refrigerated (reefer) freight while maintaining safe, professional, and dependable service. Drivers are paid 30% of the gross revenue on the loads they haul. We also offer a Lease Purchase / Owner-Operator Program for qualified drivers who are interested in working toward truck ownership and operating independently. Driver Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer. Transport dry van and reefer freight safely and on time. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Properly secure and inspect all loads. Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork. Communicate professionally with dispatch, brokers, shippers, and receivers. Monitor reefer temperatures and equipment when hauling refrigerated freight. Report delays, accidents, breakdowns, or other issues promptly. Maintain the truck and equipment in a clean and safe condition. Follow all FMCSA, DOT, company, and safety regulations. Provide required paperwork, including bills of lading, PODs, receipts, and other load documents. Maintain a professional attitude and excellent customer service. Driver Requirements Valid Class A CDL. Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience. Clean and safe driving record. No DUI/DWI. No more than 2 moving violations within the past 2 years. No more than 2 accidents within the past 2 years. Must pass required DOT drug and alcohol testing. Must be dependable, responsible, and safety-minded. Must have good communication and time-management skills. Compensation Company Driver: 30% of gross revenue on loads hauled. Gross 10k+ Consistent freight opportunities. Dry van and reefer loads.
