How You Start Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads $850 per week during training Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving The Job Dry van freight in 27 states, Colorado east, no New England 1,800 to 2,800 miles per week Home every 2 to 3 weeks $100 flat pay on short haul loads Pay Average weekly earnings of $1,200 to $1,800 Standard mileage pay scale that grows with experience Monthly driver performance bonus $15 stop pay Benefits Medical, dental and vision after 30 days 401k with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered Two Ways to Start CDL-A in hand, no experience: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
