CDL A Truck Driver Midwest Regional

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated CDL A Truck Driver for our Midwest Regional route. This role involves operating modern, well-maintained trucks to deliver freight efficiently and safely across the Midwest region. The driver will be responsible for maintaining timely deliveries while adhering to safety standards and company policies. Home weekly expectations allow for a balanced work-life schedule, making this an excellent opportunity for drivers seeking consistent home time and competitive earnings. Responsibilities Safely operate and manage a fleet of modern trucks, including Kenworth, Freightliner, and International tractors. Complete regional deliveries across the Midwest, averaging over 2,200 miles per week. Ensure timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining high safety standards. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate logs of hours worked, mileage, and delivery documentation in accordance with DOT regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery schedules. Adhere to all federal, state, and company safety policies and procedures. Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions to promote a safe working environment. Skills Valid CDL A license with clean driving record. Proven experience operating large commercial trucks in regional routes preferred. Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight schedules. Good communication skills for effective coordination with dispatchers and clients.
