Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a CDL A Truck Driver, where you'll enjoy the stability of consistent home weekends and the opportunity to earn competitive weekly pay. With at least two years of commercial driving experience, you'll be responsible for safely operating tractor-trailers on over-the-road routes, primarily hauling Dry Van Freight and Some refrigerated freight as well. This role offers a lively, fast-paced environment where your driving skills and commitment to safety will keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Safely operate tractor-trailers on over-the-road routes, ensuring compliance with FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards Drive and navigate using GPS systems to reach delivery destinations efficiently Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, trailers, and cargo to maintain safety standards Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, cargo manifests, and delivery documentation in accordance with FMCSA regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch teams to coordinate routes and address any logistical issues promptly This position is perfect for motivated drivers eager to showcase their trucking expertise while enjoying the benefits of home weekends.
