Job Description: Swift Transportation is hiring now in Phoenix, AZ for an OTR Flatbed CDL-A driving job based out of Phoenix, AZ with bi-weekly hometime. Average $1300 weekly Drivers can earn trip pay based on a calculation of dispatched miles that ranges from $.50 to $.61 cpm depending on route and verifiable experience Weekly paychecks CDL- A Required: Will train new drivers Bi-weekly hometime New Fuel Network and Free Showers Guaranteed Pay+ – New Dry, Reefer, and Flatbed OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week of solo driving. Not currently disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle under federal, state, or local regulations. No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years. No serious traffic violations in the past year. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years. Not convicted of transporting, possessing, or unlawful use of Schedule 1 drugs while on duty in the last 3 years.
