CDL-A OTR/LOCAL/REGIONAL TRUCK DRIVER – 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR/EMPLOYEE (NO AUTOMATIC ONLY) OVERVIEW Miles Down LLC is seeking an experienced CDL-A driver for a 1099 independent contractor/employee for drop-hook/delivery opportunities. We are a family-owned Indianapolis-based trucking operation led by an owner with 30+ years of industry experience. We are looking for a professional, safety-conscious driver who is reliable, accountable, communicates well, and takes pride in the equipment entrusted to them. REQUIREMENTS Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) with a strong driving record. 5+ years of professional commercial truck-driving experience ( at least 2 years operating a 10-speed manual-transmission). NO AUTOMATIC ONLY! Reliable, professional, safety-conscious, accountable, and able to work independently. Comfortable using ELD technology and required mobile applications.
