Beemac Trucking is actively hiring experienced CDL-A Truck Driver Owner-Operators for high-paying sand hauling opportunities throughout the Permian Basin. Drivers will haul sand using belly dump and hopper trailers, loading out of Andrews and Mentone, Texas, and delivering to Carlsbad, New Mexico. We highly prefer previous sand hauling experience, but we will train qualified CDL-A Owner-Operators with comparable commercial driving experience. Hiring eligibility depends on proximity to operating locations and operational requirements. What We're Looking For We're seeking dependable, safety-focused CDL-A owner-operators to haul sand using belly dump and hopper trailers throughout the Permian Basin. Sand-hauling experience is highly preferred but not required. We will train qualified drivers who demonstrate strong commercial driving skills, safe operating practices, and a willingness to learn. Required Qualifications: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A) Owner-operator with a qualified truck Ability to navigate oilfield roads, uneven terrain, and active loading/unloading locations Willingness to operate belly dump and hopper trailers Highly Preferred Experience: Sand hauling or frac sand transportation Belly dump trailer operations Hopper or bottom dump trailer operations Oilfield hauling and off-road driving Comparable Experience Considered — Training Available: Pneumatic bulk hauling Tanker operations Dump trailer hauling Aggregate, gravel, or construction material hauling Logging Heavy haul Other commercial trucking experience involving challenging terrain or specialized trailers No previous sand hauling experience? Qualified CDL-A Owner-Operators with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Training is available!
