As a relocation truck driver, you'll play an important role in every move—from the initial pickup to final delivery. You'll operate tractor-trailers, work with moving crews, interact with customers, and make sure each shipment arrives safely and professionally. If you're an experienced CDL-A driver looking for a new opportunity, household-goods experience is not required. We provide paid training to help you learn the relocation side of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers on local, regional, and long-distance relocation assignments Transport household goods safely and efficiently Work closely with moving crews throughout the relocation process Assist with loading and unloading when needed Properly secure, protect, and handle furniture, boxes, and personal belongings Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate logs and required transportation documentation Communicate professionally with customers, crews, dispatch, and operations Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures Report equipment, shipment, or job-site issues promptly Help ensure every shipment is delivered safely and on schedule Represent ILS Relocation professionally at customer locations What We're Looking For We're looking for drivers who take their responsibilities seriously and understand that professional driving is about more than getting from Point A to Point B. That's Okay. You don't have to come from the household-goods industry.
