CDL A Regional Truck Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers to run regional routes across the 11 Western states, hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight. Experienced drivers and recent graduates of an accredited truck driving school are welcome to apply. About the Role Run a regional lane covering the 11 Western states Haul 100% no-touch dry van freight in 53' trailers Complete a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload deliveries Average 1,800 to 2,000 miles per week Receive home time every two weeks with a minimum 34-hour reset Be willing to drive during both day and night hours Drivers with fewer than 6 months of experience first run over-the-road with a trainer for 4 to 6 weeks Compensation and Benefits $1,000 to $1,100 a week New drivers: sliding pay scale from $0.43 to $0.57 per mile Experienced drivers: sliding pay scale from $0.50 to $0.71 per mile, based on years of experience Trainees paid $850 or more per week until training requirements are completed Monthly safety bonus of up to $0.06 per mile Full benefits beginning after 30 days, including medical, dental, a 401(k), and paid time off Requirements Minimum age of 21 with a valid Class A CDL Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors in the past 5 years No termination from the most recent job Solid 10-year work history; unemployment may not exceed 6 months within the last year or 1 year within the last 3 years Ability to pass both a urine and a hair pre-employment drug screen Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,100.00 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance
